Alex Foundation's Architecture + Design Summer Program
Registration Form 2021
Thank you for your interest in the Alex Foundation 2021 Architecture+ Design Program. Slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis and this form must be received by the Alex Foundation prior to the start of camp in order for your child to be registered. There are 10 spaces for each camp July 12-16; July 19-23; and July 26-30 for rising 7th grade girls and boys *This program is for current 6th graders going to the 7th grade in the fall of 2021.
